Open it all the way to dump heat fast or open is as far as you need. Open the side zipper from the bottom to expose items on a combat belt, like a holster. Full-lenght side zippers make the MIG 5.0 perfrect fro Law Enforcement roles. The Carinthia MIG 5.0 retians signature managment capability with GORE-TEX IR Camouflage Windstopper® fabric. Continued operational use has shown that IR camouflage is now a must-have feature. Carinthia has used high-tech design, IR Cordura® panels and compliant YKK® zippers with the same IR properties as the fabric, and made sure they are covered when not in use. The core of the MIG 4.0's performance is the reliable and proven G-LOFT® Memory Insulation, a bi-component fibre that drives moisture away from your body and out through the GORE WINDSTOPPER® outer, while keeping warmth-retaining loft at maximum. ISO Mapping places exactly the right amount of insulation in the right places, so the MIG 5.0 warmer, but less bulky, easier to operate in, and retaining a compact packing size. Anyone can stuff more insulation in to make it warmer, but they can't map the right amount of insulation to the areas where it is needed. Wear comfort is greatly improved with the new stand-alone collar, lined with soft thermofleece.
